i wrote you a poem
so beautiful
they tried to ban it
for it infringed on
their faith
and made them
doubt the higher
powers, i hope we
are together for
long enough that
the entire world
is freed from these
age old beliefs
that prevent them
from realising
the only deity
is you.

There is no shame in being hungry for another person. There is no shame in wanting very much to share your life with somebody.

Quote
Touching him was always so important to me. It was something I lived for. Little, nothing touches. My fingers against his shoulder. The outsides of our thighs touching as we squeezed together on the bus. I couldn’t explain it, but I needed it. Sometimes I imagined stitching all of our little touches together. How many hundreds of thousands of fingers brushing against each other does it take to make love?

Quote
When he shall die,
Take him and cut him out in little stars,
And he will make the face of heaven so fine
That all the world will be in love with night
And pay no worship to the garish sun.
Take him and cut him out in little stars,
And he will make the face of heaven so fine
That all the world will be in love with night
And pay no worship to the garish sun.

Quote
Normal is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work and driving through traffic in a car that you are still paying for - in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes and the car, and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it.
